In a word, Super Bowl! Late weigh-in this week. Flat over the past week as I was not as careful as I should have been on Sunday, go figure ;-)
222.0 lb Lost so far: 50.5 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
