I forgot to weigh in last week, but I am going to be faithful to the scale from now on! I am logging everyday, and I definitely see where I can improve. I was glad to see a loss this morning though.
181.3 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 56.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
