Epic fail last night....Started today fresh - prayed for God to share His will with me today and help get me started on the right path.
Breakfast was better. I still have coffee this morning, ie, I need to go to bed earlier so I can still get 8 hours in and still get up at 5am to work out.
Counting Desk Work the number of hours I'm sitting on the ball. Will find out if I will do warrior kickboxing tonight or kickboxing tomorrow. Figured I'd go when a girlfriend was there. I'm okay going w/o anyone I know there, but it's more fun when I do.
