Ok...I am getting pissed now about this weight loss thing. I adjusted my allowed calorie limit due to having lost weight and now only get 1700 calories and I followed that really closely the whole week and when I weighed in today, only lost a measley pound. When I weighed myself yesterday, I had lost 2, so go figure. I think it might be because I drank a 36 oz. diet Coke yesterday...my treat for staying on my diet and having to get gas in the cold and dark yesterday after band practice. I guess it just hadn't made it through my system yet and my body is holding onto it. So, I just have to stay the course and keep doing what I am doing and hope for a bigger number next week. AND, I DO need to start going on that damn treadmill, I suppose. That might just be the push I need to get going again.
243.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow U lost 21.3kg, I am so very impressed!!! I know that feeling.. when the weighing sacle messes with ur brains :P... Keep going strong! U have done so well and somebody who has come so far can surely hold on more.. :) Thumbs up!

Look at your chart! Look at all you have accomplished! One pound is awesome. Take out 4 sticks of butter and look at it. That is what one pound of fat would look like. That is off your body now. Every single loss should be celebrated, because it all takes us closer to goal. Great job!
