Dinner: one dozen Wellfleet oysters and a to-die-for king crab tagliatelle of reasonable proportion (a grain exception because I have been such a good eater this month). Dry French white wine in moderation.
173.6 lb Lost so far: 31.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 8.4 lb a week
