A few ounces more but they all add up :)
179.4 lb Lost so far: 40.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Still won't reach 10% lol. But happy with ny loss as an average over the time on it so far

Good job Jonny and hope you get your treadmill soon. Walking on my treadmill is my best exercise and works well for me.

Thanks seemar. treadmill arrives tomorrow and i need to put it all together so probably won't get a go tomorrow. I used to love walking and did a lot of hill/mountain walking so its a bit sad i struggle now. That said my exercises are building up and hopefully the treadmill will add to that strength and distance i can walk... You never know i could end up running the 3 peaks again...lol you have to have a dream :)
