I took some measurements today to check inches lost so far, and I've lost inches everywhere except for my upper arms. I decided I needed to start lifting weights. I dug through piles of stuff in the garage in hopes to find my hand weights and they were nowhere to be found! I ended up getting a big bottle of sauce out of the pantry and used that as my weight instead. I hope it works!
