Did my morning walk for 1 hour then week 1 day 3 HASfit :) Having my menses, good thing it was after my exercise time. I always gain weight during menses with all the craving, bloating and its uncomfortable to move around so normally I would stop exercising at this time. Hopefully I can get through this one, this time and do my exercise. This pain is killing me.

If you stick with exercising your periods will get lighter and cramps will ease up a lot. That is a big change I have really noticed the past few months.
