Alas, no Zumba with Gina tomorrow; I have to be at a meeting regarding changes in the lease at my apartment the same time that class is. I've have to do some Wii Zumba with Gina; just not the same high energy joyous party.

WillPower & grace with Holly was tough today; it was one heck of a workout, I pushed myself a bit too hard, and my cooling gear couldn't keep up. I melted those little ice packs, lol. I need to have the larger pack around my torso for that kind of work.

My PT told me I had to make a choice to scale back the intensity of my workouts or learn to live with the pain of extremely tight calves, quads, hamstrings, etc, as she worked on my tight tight legs. My left calf was so tight it was restricting my ability to bend my left ankle. She added more stretches to my daily routine.

I realize this is boring, but I decided to write it out whist waiting for my pain medication to kick in so I can sleep.

Maybe tomorrow I can tell you all the story of the 400 pound leather couch (duel power recliner biggy) that ate my partner's cell phone. Hmm, maybe some of my pain is from our battle with the giant...

Not boring, certainly entertaining, I guess you're too hot for those little ice packs, I had never heard if such things sounds like they would be interesting to try. You really do work out hard, its amazing how much and how often, no wonder your muscles are tight. Hang in there
