I am afraid to weigh myself. I did good today until I went out... and then I ate after I already had dinner.
I only ate some grilled chicken and some beets, which isn't terrible. it wasnt a lot but I feel full.
I just got home and it's 11 pm, and I'm still full. Is this good or bad?
Anyway I would have been better off if I would have stopped at my 2 eggs and salad for dinner.
Ok well at least it wasn't chocolate or something, and I'm still at 91% of RDI. But I feel very full and I don't want to weigh myself tomorrow morning!

I don't think you are going to have any problems because you made good choices! How often are you weighing yourself?

Yes, your choices are great. Even if you see a small gain in the morning, it will be water weight not fat, and will come back off.
