I was all gung ho about exercising today and got slammed by a migraine. I did manage to walk for 45 minutes but that's all. Hopefully it will be gone by the morning. Otherwise it was a beautiful day today.

I'm sorry that you had a migraine today. Great job walking anyway...when I get one, I am down for the count! Hope tomorrow is better.

So glad you walked the 45 minutes anyway. Sorry about the migraine. Those can really take the pep out of you fast. I admire the fact that you exercised despite how you felt. It inspires me to be more proactive!
