Not staying on this too well, just so hungry...I'm going to try it a little longer. I am walking 3-4000 steps a day, now that I'm working 3 days a week, I'm going to try to get a couple of days of 5-6000 steps maybe that will help.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Atkins   losing 1.0 lb a week
