Well I'm back again took a week off doing my journals and exercising.
I did do alright with my carbs thou I only went over like two days and I lost two pounds.

1506 kcal Fat: 93.02g | Prot: 147.25g | Carb: 22.93g.   Breakfast: Fancy Mild Cheddar Cheese Shredded, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg, Turkey Breakfast Sausage. Lunch: Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Beef Bottom Sirloin Butt (Tri-Tip Steak, Lean Only, Trimmed to 0" Fat, Cooked, Broiled), Boiled Egg, Ranch dressing. Dinner: Brussels sprouts, Marinated Wild Alaskan Salmon. more...
