Obstacle: I am feeling sick today. Sore throat, runny nose, chest congested. Hope I can stick to diet.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

When I am doing south beach and sick I just have cottage cheese or a low carb protein shake. Good luck
