I'm back to try it again. After all of the surgeries last year and illness, I'm going after a new restart. weight Ins will be done in the morning again as before. Also trying track Blood preassure. Getting Old STINKS.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
