OK, well not losing any weight, but not gaining either and my clothes are fitting looser. I've been going to the gym 3 days a week, so I'm saying that's why :). I'm not sure I work out that hard for that to be the case, but that's what I'm saying.....
Started on egg beaters this morning, seeing if cutting out the few calories there might give me a little boost.
Went back to having my glass of wine in the evening, because I like it so much, but I might have to limit that to the 2 days a week, I'll see how the egg beaters omelette does, it's actually Costco's 'real eggs'. Not bad, I had a California omelette, Avocado, chicken and tomato, I added a slice of cheese but I think I'll leave it out tomorrow.
