Well I've had an OK day. Today marks my 2nd day without cigarettes. I've been smoking for almost 10 years and I'm now at the point where I want to punch everyone in the face. The cravings are killing me. I hope I can make it. I want to be healthy all around so smoking has to go too. Boy is it hard!!


I've been thinking consciously about what I eat and the consequences of eating certain things. I've also been walking quite a bit. (1 mile Friday, 2 miles Saturday, .5 mile Sunday, and so far today I've done .25 miles. During my afternoon break, I will get a mile walk in with a coworker and after work I will jog another mile and then get on the elliptical)

I want to be healthy!!
157.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
