Had 2 sodas and some wine and scotch during the Super Bowl so I slipped up a little bit, but nothing too bad. Saturday was by far the worst day. Time to get back on track!

What was the weirdest thing was when I went back to eating the way I did before joining FS it really messed with my system. I got really tired and just felt almost sick. Now that I've gone back to my diet I feel a lot better.
