i am proud that i still stayed on track with my calories even though we had mcdonald's for supper last night :) hope i lose some weight by the time i weigh saturday

That wa my number one fav was McDonalds for me a year ago. I used to love the fish on the bun and the french fries. What do you like the hamburg? Where I live I do not have a McDonalds so when I visted my daughter and family or my son and his family. That was my treat 2 hours before her place and then coming home on the Monday from weekend was the Swiz. We dont have that here. I live Up north. Retired hubby and I made the choice now the Grandkids got to be teens. We are getting Dairy Queen this summer which is half hour away.I hear they have alot of selections now.
