get started, not sure what to do
on diet losemor's own diet  


Make a plan. If your doing calories, then figure out what is the appropriate number of calories to help you lose. You might start at 1500 calories a day and see what happens. It's always better to start higher because as you lose, you need less calories each day to keep losing. Then cut some as you go along if you need to. You can also do research on google to see what other plans are out there that might fit in to your lifestyle. Also, find a way to get active. Start a walking plan. Buy a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day. Plan out your meals. If you work, get a cooler an fill it with all the food you need all day. Plan out your dinners. Try new recipes.
