Ate and drank more then usual (and less then everyone else!) but exercised a lot over the weekend, and I was up 2lbs. I know it doesn't make sense scientifically, but if I eat more than 1300 kcal a day, I'm going to gain weight. No matter how many hours of bike riding, dancing, frisbee, etc I do....
175.6 lb Lost so far: 66.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
