I'm a mum of 3 boys between 15 and 8 so I have no excuses for not getting out there and excercising or doing something more constructive with my time towards getting to goal weight for my BMI which would be 10stone
183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
