As of Thursday July 22 I decided to see if NOT exercising would actually benefit my weight loss efforts. After chatting with some people on the Medifast message board I realized I might be creating too much of a calorie deficit. It worked! I've already lost about a pound a day since I started this experiment, which is awesome. I know exercise is good, so I'm thinking I need to add it back somehow. I may start with lifting some light weights to tone my arms a bit. Definitely one of my problem areas, but right now they all are.

Diet Calendar Entry for 24 July 2010:
