I am just starting out andmy main problem is sweets. I need to find low calories sweets.

I'm with you. I have a huge sweet tooth. I love ice cream too. I have been enjoying the hundred calorie packs of Snackwell popcorn. the fudge drizzled is very tasty. I like the cinnamon drizzled as well, but I find it on the sweet side even for me. I have also found the Healthy Choice frozen yogurt to be a satisfying sub for ice cream. Yoplait Frozen Yogurt is also good, but is in pint size, so easy to over consume. Let them soften for a bit for the best flavor & mouth feel. I also like the Fiber One Chewy Protein bars, especially the almond coconut. I have the occasional "candy bar", just in the size you give kids at Halloween.
