first day on this. i type all day so i will be typing like this. all lowercase. i recently changed my thoughts on diet and exercise. i have been chubby my whole life. now as a mother i want my daughter to see healthy and be healthy. im watching my calories and working out. started workingout an hour a day now i added 30 minutes of walk/run. i like the walk/run. i tell people im going for a run cause i feel like a bawse when i say it :). i stayed up late watching the superbowl and woke up late. i only did 15 mins of my am workout. i will offset it with a 'run' tonight. i kept in my calories and included a salad i have to finish and a brownie thats waiting for me at home yay :). my goal for the rest of the day is to stay under my cals and get my 30 min walk/run in. i am committed to this and will let you know how i did tomorrow. bye! :)

Good luck!! You sound like me.. Just trying to count calories, drink water, and get healthy!! It has been 4 weeks for me.. My kids are starting to notice. We can do it!!
