I have started atkins again at 318lbs and am now down to 298 hopefully I can stay on the for my lifetime achievement.

You can do it. I tried different diets and started Adkins 2 weeks ago. Didn't see any results at first, now I'm seeing it. Everyday on the scale is a happy one :)

Just remember- READ the carb count on EVERYTHING!!!!! even gum. There hidden in a lot of places
