Ah. Just the other day I was 183.6. But still am glad that I am less than last week. Have to keep positive in this game. I was able to meet my 5 lb weight loss goal last month and weigh less than 185 before the month even ended, so that is another plus. Hoping to be 180 if not less by the end of Feb. I know I can do it if I work hard at it. Good luck to you all on your journey! We can do this!

Onto the second main goal I am working towards of 180. I can do this. Only 5 more lbs.

I have no doubt that you will make less than 180 by the end of February! Probably sooner than that!

Okay, let's work at it! I help you, you help me! Do you have any strategies from past successful weight loss weeks? Have you ever looked at your chart to identify a good week for a loss and then went back to your diet calendar for that week and tried to eat that same way to get the same results? If you are having trouble getting in enough water, try Crystal Lights drinks with maybe a piece of fruit in it. It really helps me take in the water better. Let me know any of your ideas.

I sure hope so. Would be super glad. I do go back and look at my chart from the week before if I've had a good week and usually I try to eat the same types of foods, but it somehow doesn't help. LOL. I do drink plenty of water though. Too much and I keep going to the washroom. LOL. I drink water plain. Or add a half a lemon in a 34 oz bottle I have, that helps greatly as well.
