Post- Super Bowl Sunday. Feel bloated. Overindulgence yesterday and over the weekend. My boyfriend and I are going on a diet together. He is 238 lbs. He's doing no carbs, no sugar for two weeks. I can do low carbs, but the key is to work out. No excuses.
