Legs are tired. "Ran" about 6 miles Saturday. That was the first run I've done in forever. Hurt like hell. My legs are still wicked sore. Did 10k hike on Sunday. Maybe try to run again today? Weight is coming off. Feel good about that!
208.7 lb Lost so far: 7.3 lb.    Still to go: 8.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
