1518 kcal Fat: 40.67g | Prot: 99.23g | Carb: 228.34g.   Breakfast: fiber one, Quaker weight control oatmeal. Lunch: Harvest Cheddar (Package), Clementines, Lite 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Light Havarti Cheese, Deli Fresh Rotisserie Seasoned Chicken Breast, Miracle Whip Light (Kraft). Dinner: Turkey Pepperoni, Fresh Fruit, Mozzarella Cheese, Pizza Sauce, Cauliflower, Mushrooms, Sweet Onions, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), 100% Liquid Egg Whites. Snacks/Other: Frozen Vanilla Greek Fat Free Yogurt, 94% fat free popcorn. more...
