Rough weekend for the diet, great weekend for working out. I would like to think that exercise counterbalanced the "cheats" this weekend; but a quick read of my book brought me back down to reality. Fewer calories is still key - I don't have to work off what I don't put in my mouth in the first place. So, I need to let go of my premise that I can "work off" those extra calories - I have plenty of calories already packed on my body to work off!
Have a great week FS buddies!

I am reading a book by Dr. Dean Ornish called, "Eat More, Weigh Less." It is the book that started me on my journey toward heart health.

Ahhhh.... hence you being on the Ornish diet ... hey, I never claimed to be well read :-) Thank you Paula. I'm reading 'Eat What you Love and Love what you Eat' but am stuck at chapter two.
