I must have overestimated the calories that were in the items I consumed yesterday, or I performed more exercise than I thought, or (and this is the most likely option) it was sooo cold outside my body was burning mega calories to try and keep warm... Either way I'm happy I didn't gain! :D
Turns out the Super Bowl party was an outside tail gate type of party. He projected the game onto a projector screen and we sat in lawn chairs to watch the game. It was really fun and a cool concept, but I had on two layers of socks, jeans, a long sleeve shirt, sweatshirt, peacoat, gloves, scarf, and a blanket and was cradling my little doggie. I was still cold! I did get up every once in a while to walk around and try and keep warm. I must have done that more often than I thought. :)
