Restarted Fat Secret in January 2013 with a target of hitting a deficit of 56,000 calories in two months.
Weighed in at 80.7 kg today.
January's deficit was at a disappointing/below-pace 23,000 because of 1) Social gatherings 2) 5-day Hong Kong Trip
Good mass gains, most evident: 1) Chest 2) Triceps 3) Lats.
Mirror tells me I'm losing fat and getting leaner.
Targeting 28,000 calories in deficit this February.
If all goes well, 6-pack (not sure about my genetics) or 100% beach-ready body by mid-March 2013.
