Made a few changes yesterday:

1) Drinking more water
2) Asking myself - Am I really hungry or am I bored?
3) Reduced proteins in the night
4) reduced sugar in the evening tea
5) Two hourly eating - fruit/nuts
6) Reduced use of Oil fr cooking

Lets see how it goes
on diet Aaloo's own diet
