Today I have started the Insanity 60 Day program and need to change my life. I am doing a daily video blog and hope to see changes there. I am also trying to eat better but have a major addiction to bread, love it :( Bread will be the hardest thing to cut out of my diet but I will strive. Let's go

I did Insanity for 7 & 1/2 weeks straight. I am 260lbs and 6 2'.On the weekends I ate what I wanted ( Bad Idea). Lost 13 lbs in two weeks . After that almost nothing. Stick strict to the diet. Just one or 2 meals a weak can sabatoge the whole workout. I am currently starting my second week and no more off meals!

Thanks guys, after working out in the morning by lunchtime I was so hungry. I'll have to keep a handle on what I am eating or the exercise will be for nothing...
