15 minutes of my yoga video.

Im not aching at all now, but 15 minutes was all I could do before I started shaking and got light-headed. I suspect that's the result of 2 days of overdoing it!

If you are following the correct form, keeping the muscle tension up then i would say you are going great guns. People regard yoga as a bit airy fairy but it is quite intense. You could have got a bit light headed and shakey from not quite having your breathing right causing a bit of oxygen depletion. ... Maybe?

I agree with jonnybadback, make sure your posture and breathing are correct. I know when I first started yoga I could not balance to save my life and I found myself holding my breath to try and help me stabilize. Keep up the terrific work and stay safe! :)
