1731 kcal Fat: 54.11g | Prot: 132.18g | Carb: 203.26g.   Breakfast: sugar, Egg Beaters - Original, asparagus, Splenda with Fiber, Half & Half, Salted Sweet Cream Butter Sticks, Black Forest Ham, natural bliss, kraft singles. Lunch: peanut butter bumpers, 1% milk, banana. Dinner: 50/50 Mix, Grilled Tilapia, Cucumber (with Peel) , Tomatoes, Zesty Italian Dressing & Marinade, mini corndogs morning star farms, Skillet Crisp Tilapia. Snacks/Other: fiber one protien bar - caramel nut, Total 2% Greek Yogurt, everybody's nuts, hershey's simple pleasures, honey, kashi nuggets, Black Forest Ham, Strawberries, Cauliflower. more...
