1731 kcal Fat: 54.11g | Prot: 132.18g | Carb: 203.26g.   Breakfast: kraft singles, Black Forest Ham, natural bliss, Salted Sweet Cream Butter Sticks, Splenda with Fiber, Half & Half, sugar, Egg Beaters - Original, asparagus. Lunch: banana, 1% milk, peanut butter bumpers. Dinner: mini corndogs morning star farms, Grilled Tilapia, Cucumber (with Peel) , Tomatoes, 50/50 Mix, Zesty Italian Dressing & Marinade, Skillet Crisp Tilapia. Snacks/Other: everybody's nuts, hershey's simple pleasures, kashi nuggets, Cauliflower, Strawberries, fiber one protien bar - caramel nut, honey, Total 2% Greek Yogurt, Black Forest Ham. more...
