1731 kcal Fat: 54.11g | Prot: 132.18g | Carb: 203.26g.   Breakfast: natural bliss, Black Forest Ham, Salted Sweet Cream Butter Sticks, Half & Half, Splenda with Fiber, asparagus, kraft singles, Egg Beaters - Original, sugar. Lunch: banana, 1% milk, peanut butter bumpers. Dinner: Tomatoes, 50/50 Mix, Grilled Tilapia, Cucumber (with Peel) , mini corndogs morning star farms, Skillet Crisp Tilapia, Zesty Italian Dressing & Marinade. Snacks/Other: fiber one protien bar - caramel nut, Black Forest Ham, honey, Strawberries, Cauliflower, Total 2% Greek Yogurt, everybody's nuts, hershey's simple pleasures, kashi nuggets. more...
