BEGAN ON FEB 3 2013 BUT BECAME UNUSUALLY WEAK WHILE SHOPPING FOR GROCERIES. KNEES SHAKING, WEAK, NAUSEATED, AND LIGHT HEADED. BOUGHT A SNICKERS AND ATE A THIRD OF IT. FELT THAT WASN'T SO BAD BUT THEN CAME HOME TO TRY SOME INEXPENSIVE COOKIES AND ECLAIRS. WHAT I DID WELL WAS TO HAVE LEAN TURKEY, LOW FAT GREEN BEANS AND MASHED POTATOES. I USED A BIT OF GRAVY.

ALSO, NEED TO FIND A WAY TO CUT BACK ON CREAMER IN COFFEE AND NEED TO PLAN FOR TOMORROW BECAUSE WILL BE ON THE ROAD ALL DAY.

ALSO NEED TO FIND GLUTEN FREE BREAD.
