Earned the bad WI, ate horribly this week :(
218.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 98.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1784 kcal Fat: 65.14g | Prot: 66.61g | Carb: 231.79g.   Breakfast: Classics Marshmallow Hot Cocoa Mix, Angel Food Cake with Fruit and Icing or Filling. Lunch: italian roll, 7 layer dip, meatballs, tostito, broccoli salad, macaroni and cheese. Dinner: chicken of the sea chunk light tuna in water, riverton valley light ranch, mexican cheese blend, baby carrots, cucumbers, celery, bell pepper, lettuce. Snacks/Other: mini cheesecake, chocolate chip cookies. more...

I had a hard time on Saturday evening. I ate Chicken Parmesan with 1/2 a baked potato, a giant roll, and salad. I gained a lb. back because of it. I am only in my final stretch of phase 1 South Beach, so I was a bad girl. I am back on track, and remaining on phase 1 today for two more weeks. It happens to the best of us Demom. Good luck in the future.

Yes it does work! I always have so much more energy after the first day.
