Tomorrow is the first day of my new program...I am following Atkins and just joined a gym...hopefully I will be able to stay on track...we will see...

Good luck to you, the first week is the hardest I thought. Just make sure you eat enough and eat the right foods. Planning ahead works great, bring food with you to work, and drink water, plenty of it.

thank you! I have made my lunch for all week to take to work and I am drinking mostly water...I will have to have at least one cup of tea though...lol...I am excited so hopefully I will do well! Good luck to you too...you are almost at your goal weight! That is wonderful!
