Yay!! I'm headed in the right direction once more! I'm absolutely loving the lesser stress environment and the time to plan for the higher stress times that are ahead.
227.6 lb Lost so far: 27.4 lb.    Still to go: 97.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
