One more pound gone - it feels good. :) Now that I've got the eating part pretty much settled down, I just need to fit more exercise into my week.

Goals for this week: Lose the 1.1 lbs I have left to hit the 20 lb total weight loss mark; exercise for at least a half hour for 4 days (as opposed to last week's 2 days).
241.1 lb Lost so far: 18.9 lb.    Still to go: 81.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

That's great you're so close, it feels soooo wonderful doesn't it. Have you tried any at home walking dvds (i love them, I'm starting to feel like i am trying to sell them, but oh well). They are really good cuz you can just pop them in and do your workout right then in the privacy of your own home. Plus they are 10-20 bucks and you don't need much room to do them. Good luck hitting your 20lb mark!
