water = 44.7 % (+0.6)
muscle = 31.2 % (-+0.3)
BMI = 29.8 (-0.5)
cal = 1732

Going down again so that's good news.
Too busy to cook & getting slightly bored with what's in the fridge - especially as the answer is "nothing" as shopping without a car is just impossible and after 3 weeks we are definitelly running out of everything.
Tried some treatments and got a feeling that the skin IS firm and that I HAVE lost some centimetres - need to check it, but intend to continue till I get results I want (or till I realise that it's really not working).
To the new week! Ready to look at some challenges, too
212.5 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
