What a relaxed and happy Sunday morning!
Had strawberries dipped in chocolate for breakfast, coffee while looking at the (again) snowy view from my flat, listening to some nice music.
I am trying to learn how to make smaller jeans. Watched some youtube videos few nights ago, when I could not sleep, and understood how to do it my way, since I do not have a sewing machine here. Funny thing is, in the street where I live, there are 2 shops selling them! And it's not so common anymore to own one!
I started yesterday night, by measuring and sewing a scratch of what they shold look like. I am going to improve the scratch today and hopefully sew the finished product. It good trousers, but they are too large to wear them, they really look strange on me. I would not wear them anyway, so in case they are ruined while I am learning, it's not a big deal.
In case of success, I will try to use the same technique with the summer shorts I use to go climbing, they are 2 sizes larger and it's annoying to pull them up all time.
I am going climbin tomorrow! There will be the usual friends, my partner and a special guest: the "expert climber"! He's an Italian guy who does climbing since about 5 years, who is a pro compared to us. It's going to be fun!! I cannot wait to learn something new and complete my challenge from last time I have been at the climbing gym. I love this sport so much!! I practised many sports in my life, basketball, tennis, volleyball, yoga, group dancing, aerobic, swimming, hiking, running, rollerblading, but nothing compares to the emotions of climbing. The only close thing is riding a mountain bike in a forrest, downhill and without using brakes!
What else? I see my good mood coming back and it's amazing. I was worried of not doing things I planned to do. I would have like to use these months of working only 2/3 days a week to write a draft of a book. It's more than half a year I have the idea of writing this book in mind. I spoke abot it with a good friend of mine (who wrote a book few years ago) and he made me realize it's not the right moment to write it, if I don't find the time and energy for it. And he is right, I believe.

I fakely reached my weight goal of January when I was sick, now those pounds are back. But anyway, I am 3 or 4 pounds away from my goal weight. It's time to set a new goal for summer. I would like to be at 53kg by the end of August 2013 and more ripped. I want to have a flatter belly and more muscular legs and shoulders. Wish me luck!

Looks like we have the same goals for the year then. I am not too worried about my weight though. I really want more muscle and a flatter stomach though. I am sure we will both make it in no time. I love to climb too, but I have always been a tree climber. So glad to hear you are feeling so much better! *Big Squeeze* :)

Hey iamachris, I am also not worried about weight very much. I want to focus on eating healthy and building some muscle! So, let's help each other to reach our goal! :) Tree climbing is very cool, and not much different from climbing in nature or in a gym!
