I'm not going to let my frustrations stop me from achieving my goals. I will lose weight and I will do it the hard way it seems. I am trying to up my calorie intake from 1500-1800 and see if that gets things moving. My friend suggested I wasn't eating enough calories and my body is in starvation mode, especially so because of my exercise regime. So lets see where that takes me then hey.
