Had a difficult day on Tuesday as it was my sons birthday but back on track all the rest of the week. Don't mind that I haven't lost weight as I have done some good exercise and i'm feeling thinner. People that don't know I am on a diet are starting to notice, which is great. I'm sure that if I have a good week this week, which I will, I will get really good fat loss.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
