Three weeks and not one day of exercise missed. Tomorrow is a super bowl party, and I am a bit nervous I will overeat- I intend to exercise in the morning before I even go to alleviate my guilt, hehe.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
