I really need to focus on what will give me the edge and what will hinder. Sodium and oil can inhibit my progress, so can eating out because its harder to monitor preparation. My go-tos: Salads! Crystal light, tea, sf red bull, grilled chicken, fish, other lean proteins, cucumber salad, apple cider vinegar, asparagus, lemon & lime.
