I'm trying really hard not to eat anything pack with high calories and oily.
121.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week

Great goal for a day. The more you set a daily goal the quicker you will be able to form it as habit! :)
