Had a bad day on the diet front, and not going to be helped with "the big game" tomorrow. went to a kids birthday party and have not made good choices. at least we didnt eat at melting pot like we planned. not sure how i would have entered that on here. anyway, i intend to tighten up my diet starting monday. going to get back to full speed ahead with no distractions coming up.
